Purpose The phenomenon of moonlighting is drawing attention across the globe. This study aims to highlight innovation and propensity in literature on by investigating academic publications through bibliometric analysis. Additionally, comprehensive review identifies various factors that led intentions among employees. Design/methodology/approach adopts qualitative analysis content approach evaluate existing moonlighting.
