The comprehensive analysis of existing literature reveals that the effective utilization cooling and lubricating fluids plays a critical role in enhancing efficiency mechanical machining processes. These not only facilitate removal chips but also significantly influence accuracy surface finishes achieved. As such, they directly impact key technological parameters, including cutting speed feed rate, which are vital for optimizing operations. Research indicates incorporation lubrication strategies leads to improved quality dimensional machined components. This enhancement is accompanied by an increase capacity, ultimately boosts productivity. Furthermore, process deburring recognized as another crucial factor refining precision. Consequently, establishing optimal rate emerges pivotal focus optimization, underscoring interconnected nature these parameters achieving superior outcomes.

Today, the production of electricity from renewable energy sources is a priority for all countries. Specifically, there extensive scientific research being conducted on effective use small and lowpressure water generation. This focuses creation improvement hydropower devices in numerous leading higher educational institutions worldwide. article investigates jet turbine based Segner wheel operating low-pressure sources. The study examines how geometric shape number nozzles hydraulic affect speed pressure changes moving flow at various points. analysis performed through mathematical modeling using COMSOL Multiphysics version 6.1 (Build: 282), which employs standard RANS method five different shapes CFD module, specifically Turbulent Flow, k- ε model. To determine optimal nozzle, divided nozzle inlet into bundles. Triangles were formed impact direction each clot nozzle's inner walls, directed toward center outlet. These determined by horizontal coordinates points nozzle. Modeling was both two- three-dimensional spaces, utilizing k-ε model an automated system designed plane shear layers turbulent flows. includes smallest set equations to minimize unknown quantities processes involving natural heat liquid achieved favorable results when calculating stresses Reynolds tensors medium with gradient. initial kinematic dynamic parameters used formulas discussed previous chapter.

This paper considers one of the urgent problems modern physics — numerical solution turbulent flows, which play a key role in various fields science and technology, including aerodynamics, hydrodynamics heat transfer processes. The main attention is paid to comparison two turbulence models: linear model SST (Shear Stress Transport) nonlinear RSM (Reynolds Model). Both approaches are widely used for modeling but their efficiency accuracy may vary depending on nature flow. To compare these models, problem two-dimensional (2D) flow sharply expanding channel taken from NASA database was chosen. classic example complex flow, makes it ideal testing models. Sharp expansion leads effects, such as formation recirculation zones intense shear stresses, creates additional difficulties modeling. purpose this study assess how accurately each models describes processes flows identify strengths weaknesses. work included calculations based RANS approach (Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes), by averaging Navier-Stokes equations over time. results both were compared with experimental data, allowed an objective assessment accuracy.
