Objectives: Sustainable tactics can be implemented through GHRM practices, which are intended to foster pro-environmental behaviors and values among employees. Purpose This study aims to examine how Sustainable Human Resource Management (SHRM) is changing and it affects businesses in different sectors. review analyzes SHRM incorporates environmental, social, economic sustainability into workforce management by drawing insights from key influential studies.
