Cannabis withdrawal syndrome (CWS) presents with irritability, anxiety and sleep disturbances within a week of stopping cannabis use. This case highlights young woman medical history recurrent hospitalisations due to intractable nausea vomiting related heavy, prolonged use acute dystonic reactions secondary haloperidol. The patient presented nausea, frequent hot bathing five days after her last She developed an reaction low-dose metoclopramide, commonly used antiemetic, potentially exacerbated by cannabis’s inhibition drug-metabolising enzymes. We also highlight key differences between CWS hyperemesis (CHS).
