Constipation is a common and complex health issue among children that negatively affects multiple domains of children's families' lives. Emotional, psychological, behavioural problems in children, as well anxiety, distress frustration parents, are some the reported effects. This manuscript presents systematic scoping review synthesising current evidence on psychosocial impact childhood constipation their families. was guided by Arksey O'Malley's five-stage framework, updated Levac, Colquhoun O'Brien Joanna Briggs Institute. Five databases were systematically searched: PUBMED, CINAHL, ASSIA, PsycINFO Google Scholar, which yielded 2836 records. Following screening process, 32 articles met inclusion criteria. Results analysed, discussed presented using PAGER framework. The four key patterns emerged school academic life, parental factors associated with constipation. Childhood significantly impacts quality life for both performance. Various linked to higher prevalence children.
