Further, developed determines impacts by combining objective through symmetry point criterion subjective relative closeness coefficient-based approach within context PF sets. per challenges’ impacts, mixed aggregation comprehensive normalization technique presented evaluate SFS systems. Findings The results study prove environmental, social governance most appropriate choice means challenges. Sensitivity analysis conducted analyze different parameters final result. Finally, comparison extant methods including TOPSIS, VIKOR, Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) Combined Compromise Solution (CoCoSo) provided test validity model. Originality/value To develop method, first new number. Some numerical examples discussed show its advantages over existing PF-score functions. Next, modified measure describing discrimination degree between sets further highlight effectiveness comparing it existent PF-distance measures.
