Purpose This study investigates the impact of intellectual capital (IC) and green innovation (GI) on financial performance (FP) micro, small medium enterprises (MSMEs) within creative industry in India. It also explores mediating role sustainability these relationships, aiming to provide insights into how factors contribute business success long-term sector. Design/methodology/approach The research uses a quantitative methodology, analyzing data collected from MSMEs Structural equation modeling (SEM) is used test hypotheses. Data was gathered through structured questionnaire, ensuring comprehensive analysis relationships among constructs. Findings reveals significant positive between IC, GI, FP midsize businesses.
