From the current global changes and rapid development of innovation technology, personnel according to previous approach may be insufficient for work. It is necessary increase skills workforce improve work efficiency higher quality. This research aims study training human resources in hotel industry Nakhon Ratchasima Province at present, innovations resource ASEAN standard framework, propose model from framework. The findings suggest implementing by integrating modern technology techniques into use developing staff various forms that are accordance with framework service standards quality performance. quantitative was employed using structural equation modeling path analysis. data collected questionnaires 400 samplings Province. consistent empirical material statistical significance. can confirm seven significant factors directly affect performance which job rotation, blended learning, practice training, classroom tour learning through playing games, teaching respectively new proposed innovative staff. proposes an process hotels implement development. performance, lead positive guest experience satisfaction, revenue. Innovation is a vital element of an organization's success. Companies must implement efficient, innovative plans and policies to consistently develop novel innovations. Based on the theory planned behavior, current framework formulated idea entrepreneurial education, mindset, technological knowledge with intention in healthcare industry. Further, this concept comprises mediating role work behavior moderating effect motivation between constructs.
