Abstract
Low-carbon
development
of
ordinary
Portland
cement
industry
is
great
significance
to
China’s
target
“to
peak
carbon
dioxide
emissions
before
2030
and
achieve
neutrality
2060”.
Neglecting
the
regional
heterogeneity
in
China,
few
studies
emphasized
status
developments
energy
intensity
CO
2
Guizhou
Southwest
China.
To
bridge
this
knowledge
gap,
we
present
an
annual
dataset
at
plant-level
for
Guizhou’s
industry,
which
involves
details
clinker
rotary
kilns,
yearly
production
products,
fuel
consumption
electricity
consumption,
total
emission
indicators
utilization
ratio
solid-waste
production,
factors
products.

supplement
existing
estimates
provincial
official
inventories
that
