Beijing is one of the earliest pilot low-carbon cities in China. It was first China to establish a carbon market achieve this goal. As an emerging market, China’s pricing mechanism not yet complete. In context, it crucial for managers and companies predict prices. This study uses Prophet-EEMD-LSTM model price which significantly improves prediction performance. The advantage hybrid that considers particularities prices including trends, cyclical changes, volatility. Considering has multiple complex characteristics, decomposed into simple sequences using Prophet EEMD models. These were predicted LSTM model. outperformed both econometric single-machine learning models terms prediction. Based on findings study, can take appropriate measures prevent risks. are conducive smooth operation thereby providing sustainable support guidance development cities.

Clarifying the factors influencing CO2 emissions and their peaking pathways in major sectors holds significant practical importance for achieving regional dual-carbon goals. This paper takes Jiangxi, a less developed demonstration zone central China, as an example. It pioneeringly combines LMDI method, Tapio decoupling model, LEAP model to multi-dimensionally analyze driving mechanisms, evolution patterns, dynamic relationships with economic development of carbon Jiangxi’s key from 2007 2021. also explores future emission trends potentials various under different scenarios. Our results show that (1) Carbon Jiangxi have continued grow over past fifteen years, although some seen slowdown growth, most still rely on traditional fossil fuels; (2) Economic growth industrial structure effects are main drivers increases, general trend towards achieved across sectors, while agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry fishery, ferrous metal smelting shown decline status; (3) In reduction low-carbon scenarios, peaks estimated be 227.5 Mt 216.4 Mt, respectively, targeted strategies high-emission industries will facilitate phased peak enhance benefits. has reference value region even globally formulating differentiated, phased, sector-specific plans, exploring high-quality tandem ecological civilization construction.

The multi-functional integrated RF system (MIRFS) is a crucial component of aircraft onboard systems. In the testability design process, traditional methods cannot effectively deal with inevitable differences between designs and usage requirements. By considering MIRFS’s full lifecycle characteristics, new allocation method based on multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) proposed in this paper. Firstly, framework was constructed more than 100 indicators were given, which included both different system-level inter-system indicators. Secondly, to manage parameter diversity calculate complexity, basic 12 optimized through Analytic Hierarchy Process Technique for Order Preference by Similarity Ideal Solution (AHP-TOPSIS) method. Thirdly, detailed parameters obtained using Decision-Making Trial Evaluation Laboratory Network (DEMATEL-ANP) reduce subjectivity uncertainty. Finally, an example utilized, results show that MCDM significantly better terms accuracy effectiveness, will provide scientific basis MIRFS process.
