Purpose Artificial intelligence (AI) has the potential to dramatically change human approaches work, and specifically learning development. While AI coaching can reduce costs increase accessibility, it also presents both opportunities threats coaches. The objective of this study was conduct a systematic literature review peer-reviewed research on use in coaching. Design/methodology/approach A (SLR) method used search eight databases for articles produced up March 2024. Data extraction conducted, with Quality Assessment undertaken independently, parallel, using two researchers third arbiter. ROBINS-I tool assess risk bias included studies. narrative synthesis total 16 quantitative, qualitative or mixed-method studies covering n = 2312. Findings SLR identified four key themes: Research design integration, usefulness coaching, impact ethical considerations. findings suggest that coaches be effective, accepted, useful match competence specific tasks. Practical implications is growing area practice research. This paper brings together identifies future priorities next steps coach Originality/value uses clinical methods applying these robust processes field organisational research, set new standard through pre-determined protocol, quality assessment ROB, well providing comprehensive

Abstract Gender stereotypes produced and proliferated through social interactions, media, books, arts movies, have nowadays intruded into the design of Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems, products, services. AI algorithms models used, are revealed to lead misrepresentation women biases discrimination against them. The EU Regulation 2024/1689, known as “Artificial Act” (AI Act), officially entered force in August 2024. This is a crucial step worldwide towards fundamental rights’ protection frame since it acknowledges negative impact systems on peoples’ lives. Although gender equality right that contributes peaceful prosperous world, Act does not cover detailed issues explicitly. To address this, next step, gender-targeted public policies should be formulated at national level, mainstreaming strategy further supported by European Union member-states Act. In this paper, proposed order support convergence forthcoming regulation.

Purpose Based on the sociotechnical systems theory, we examined human–technology interactions in context of future works conditioned by machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI). Skills needed to support career sustainability workforce, particularly for middle-skilled workforce contemporary United States America (USA) context, were also studied. Design/methodology/approach We conducted a scenario analysis demonstrate potential roles that human resource professionals may perform fill skill gaps given their expertise shaping skilling processes. Findings Assessing success integration AI ML into requires multi-faceted approach considers performance metrics, cost-effectiveness, job satisfaction, environmental impact innovation. Employees with skills can be more competitive forward high-skilled positions. Research limitations/implications Empirical research related studies focusing evaluations reskilling upskilling processes outcomes would development workers. Practical implications Through proactive strategic plan integration, workers enhance prepared higher-skilled work. Social The economic downturn caused technology-induced unemployment addressed unleashing potentials work created robotics sustaining competitiveness. Originality/value This article offers important theory-minded researchers scholarly practitioners.
