In the context of high-quality economic development, empowering effect regional integration policies on urban green and low-carbon development has significantly strengthened, playing a crucial strategic role in achieving coordinated economy ecology. This study uses expansion Yangtze River Delta agglomeration as quasi-natural experimental scenario, analyzing pathways mechanisms through which influence based panel data from Chinese cities between 2004 2022, using multi-period Difference-in-Differences (DID) model. The empirical results show following: ① Regional enhance efficiency conclusion that remains robust after series robustness tests, including PSM-DID estimation, placebo instrumental variable methods, indicator reconstruction, policy interference exclusion. ② Mechanism tests reveal mainly drive transformation three channels: innovation investment, industrial upgrading, talent aggregation. ③ Heterogeneity analysis indicates positive impact is more significant eastern regions, resource-based cities, small medium-sized old cities. Spatial spatial spillover transformation. Based these findings, it recommended that, future, global efforts should be made to continuously improve collaborative governance system, strengthen multi-dimensional linkage agglomerations, build support framework drives optimizes allocation factors. not only provides for enhancement but also offers decision-making references promoting growth digital era.

Research on carbon emission reduction in China has focused market policies, technological innovation, and industrial institutional adjustment, but few studies have been concerned with the effects of rapid development China’s digital economy reduction. vigorous infrastructure led to establishment Broadband strategy as a quasi-natural experiment. A difference-in-differences model data from 2006 2023 about 283 prefecture-level cities was applied investigate construction The conclusions are follows. First, these had significant emissions intensity. This conclusion proven after series robustness tests such parallel trends, exclusion central cities, replacement explanatory variables. Second, mediating effect test showed that green technology innovation investment structure upgrading important mechanisms for construction’s effects. Third, obvious heterogeneity stronger eastern region than western ones. Moreover, expansion urban scale, improvement economic level, environmental regulation These relevance Digital Economy “Dual Carbon” Policies.

This study investigates the critical roles of green innovation adoption (GIA) and technology (GTA) in advancing digital economy (DE). It explores how creative enterprises (CE) financial capability (FC) mediate moderate relationships between innovation, adoption, economy. Data were collected from 400 respondents automotive industry China through a structured survey questionnaire. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was conducted using Smart PLS 4.0 to analyze data test proposed hypotheses. The findings indicate that significantly positively impact Moreover, these factors influence enterprises, enhancing Creative also found relationship innovation/technology In addition, moderated link research contributes literature by examining synergistic effects environmental sustainability, technological integration within provides actionable insights into embedding sustainable practices evolving landscape while highlighting intricate dynamics among resources driving economic transformation. exploring economy, focusing on as mediating factor. for integrating sustainability landscape, offering novel framework transformation industry.
