In the construction industry, imperative for visual surveillance mechanisms is underscored by need safety monitoring, resources, and progress tracking, especially with adoption of vision intelligence technology. Traditional camera installation plans often move toward coverage cost objectives without considering substantial overlap, inflating processing storage requirements, complicating subsequent analyses. To address these issues, this research proposes a voxel-based site overlapping analysis allocation planning in parametric BIM environments, called PBA approach. The first step to collect information from model, which input modeling step. After that, approach simulates virtual devices layout employing language programming then generates area. Lastly, performance simulation evaluation various placement scenarios against predefined criteria are conducted, including optimization eliminating data redundancy purposes. proposed evaluated through its application projects. results implementations indicate marked decrease overlap an overall enhancement efficacy. This contributes novel, BIM-centric solution offering scalable optimize while mitigating areas.

Cameras, with their low cost and efficiency, are widely used in construction management structural health monitoring. However, existing reviews on camera sensor placement (CSP) outdated due to rapid technological advancements. Furthermore, the industry poses unique challenges for CSP implementation its scale, complexity, dynamic nature. Previous have not specifically addressed these industry-specific demands. This study aims fill this gap by analyzing articles from Web of Science ASCE databases that focus exclusively construction. A rigorous selection process ensures relevance quality included studies. comprehensive review navigates through complexities environment models, advocating advanced optimization techniques like genetic algorithms, greedy Swarm Intelligence, Markov Chain Monte Carlo refine strategies. Simultaneously, Building Information Modeling is employed consider progress visualize optimized layouts, improving effect CSP. paper delves into perspective distortion, field view considerations, occlusion impacts, proposing a unified framework bridges practical execution theory optimal roadmap future exploration proposed. work enriches CSP, charting course inquiry, emphasizes need adaptable technologically congruent approaches amid evolving application landscapes.

Providing a better digital platform is one of the major concerns construction industry in Industry 4.0 era. In order to deal with vagueness and imprecision throughout decision-making process, fuzzy set theory has been applied as principal agents. This paper aims identify KPIs related Building Information Modelling (BIM) blockchain for high-speed-rail-project also called bullet-train project India. The identified have evaluated through Multi-Criteria-Decision-Making (MCDM) technique like Fuzzy-Technique-for-Order-of-Preference-by-Similarity-to-Ideal-Solution (FTOPSIS) methodology. Furthermore, Genetic Algorithm (GA) optimize resources manpower equipment deployed which finally enable effective implementation technology projects. From analysis, it observed that after application GA optimization average potential savings skilled was 16.16%, unskilled 16.82% 14.22%. After GA, overall, there may be 13% 7.18% respectively terms time cost. Every activity stamped, would prevent any kind manipulation during its billing.
