To address the challenges surrounding information sharing and low efficiency during engineering quality risk management process, this paper constructs a digital process for management. Engineering factors were identified through literature analysis synthesis, relevant standards, specifications, project collected to construct an ontology. The Semantic Web Rule Language (SWRL) was used implement rule-based rapid identification of factors, enabling stakeholders query in real-time perform dynamic updates promptly. validate effectiveness ontology-based rule inferring management, case study on Guangzhou demonstrated that proposed rule-inferring effectively significantly reduced risks. workflow optimized contributed more efficient robust practices. findings provide meaningful reference advancing methods.
