The electricity grid with high-penetration renewable energy sources has urged us to seek means solve the mismatching between supply and demand. Energy storage technology could accomplish conversion process different periods achieve efficient stable utilization of sources. In this paper, a hybrid system based on compressed air reversible solid oxidation fuel cell (rSOC) is proposed. During charging process, rSOC operates in electrolysis (EC) mode by converting compression heat chemical fuels. discharging for production gas turbine conducted recover waste from cell. To evaluate comprehensive performance proposed system, energy, exergy, exergoeconomic studies are paper. Under design condition, results indicated that capable generating 300.36 kW 106.28 heating; meantime, efficiency, exergy total cost per unit product 73.80%, 55.70%, 216.78 $/MWh, respectively. parametric analysis indicates increase pressure ratio compressor, steam factor stack under EC current density reduce efficiency simultaneously, while increment operating FC enhances decreases product. multi-objective optimization carried out improve expressed best optimal solution 65.85% 187.05 Compared basic improvement led maximum enhancement 20.32% 18.60%

Abstract Renewable sources produced close to one-third of the world’s electricity in 2023. However, a limited but growing body research suggests rapid renewable energy development is leading conflict and resource exploitation energy-transitioning communities. During the 1950s, Sumitro Djojohadikusumo contributed in a significant manner to construction of economy Indonesia, along with other figures, namely Mohammad Hatta, Sjafruddin Prawiranegara, and Djuanda Kartawidjaja. this period, promoted policies drive industrialization Indonesia self-reliance transform from colonial into developing nation. Soemitro Djojohadikusumo’s economic were pivotal shaping Indonesia’s post-colonial economy; focusing on production industrial sovereignty, he emphasized reducing dependency imports by fostering domestic industries, especially strategic sectors like heavy industry natural resource processing, which saw as crucial national sovereignty. also stimulating activities through both public investment private sector engagement, aiming diversify sustained growth. Many challenges addressed, such infrastructural gaps weak technological readiness, remain relevant today. This research analyzes what extent policy shaped impacts development. analysis has significance understanding contemporary planning trends, particularly terms newly elected President Prabowo Subianto. Analysis Sumitro’s is conducted lenses maturity concept, growth theory, resource-based view, development economics. pursuit for transforming its raw one that competes globally adding value production. The need revitalize manufacturing strengthen downstream industries critical boosting competitiveness integrating circular principles emphasize sustainability. Soemitro’s vision empowering society aligns modern approaches creating more inclusive economy. However, infrastructure bottlenecks, lagging education system, regulatory complexities continue slow progress. Addressing supply chain regional clustering efficiency will be vital overcoming these barriers. Further empirical needed explore how infrastructure, reform, simplification can enhance sustainable
