With the vast majority of photovoltaic (PV) power generation linked to grid, mainstream maximum point tracking control cannot provide effective inertia support capability for system. This paper examines source and action rules three typical grid-tied systems under generalized sag at physical mechanism level, using theory static synchronous generator model as a guide. It is found that PV system also capable supporting through inertia. The boost converter, direct current bus capacitor, inverter all contribute system, but it necessary couple responding link with grid frequency. closer faster speed corresponding frequency, weaker effect provided accuracy aforementioned analysis confirmed by simulation.

Solar photovoltaics is a direct use of solar resources to generate electricity, which one the most important renewable energy application approaches. Regional PV output could be affected by regional patterns temperature and irradiance, are impacted climate change. This study examines impact change on yields from across China in future under medium-emission scenario (SSP245) high-emission (SSP585) calculating potential using data radiation tilted surface temperature. Generally, SSP245 scenario, increased 0.8% 2.15%, 0.28% 1.21% 2020–2060 2061–2099, respectively; SSP585 0.73% 1.35%, 0.04% −1.21% respectively. Under both scenarios, showed an obvious increase southeast central significant decrease northwest China, Tibet, Inner Mongolia. Therefore, it suggested that potential, while inhibit China.
