Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have been considered the next-generation star of photovoltaic industry due to their high efficiency and significant application prospects. They are expected break Shockley–Quieisser limit single-junction Si promote industrialization process perovskites. All-inorganic CsPbBr3 perovskites received extensive attention excellent properties outstanding stability. Our work comprehensively reviews recent progress carbon-based PSCs systematically discusses modified strategies achieve high-performance PSCs. Beginning with film preparation, we summarize various optimization for perovskite films regarding buried interface modification, additive passivation, surface defect passivation. Moreover, modifications carbon electrodes summarized prospectively aimed at obtaining efficiency. Finally, discuss advancements challenges associated all-inorganic
