Vortex pumps are widely used in wastewater treatment, food processing, and the chemical industry. In this study, combined experimental numerical approaches employing rigid vorticity method were to investigate vortex structures flow characteristics within pump chamber. Quantitative analyses based on velocity moment, entropy production, energy distribution conducted elucidate evolution of transfer. Results indicate that run-through region sustains high-speed flow, whereas circulating generates toroidal transfer (TETV). Within region, TETV regulates direction enhances rotational but increases localized dissipation. Furthermore, is characterized by periodic dynamics, while demonstrates pronounced stability. Analysis transport equation underscores critical roles curl Coriolis terms transport. These findings enhance understanding phenomena pumps, provide a theoretical support for improving efficiency fluid systems.
