Vegetable
production
plays
a
vital
role

food
security

vegetable
seedlings
are
currently
transplanted
manually,
which
is
not
only
time-consuming
but
also
labor-intensive
and
costly.

context,
semi-automated
transplanter
can
be
considered
as
an
alternative
solution
for
mechanized
seedling
transplanting.

mechanize
operations,
two
types
transplanters
were
designed,

tiller-operated
semi-automatic
dibbler
(DVS)
furrow
opener
(FVS)
transplanter.
