In the course of long-term confrontation with pathogens, plants have developed complex defense mechanisms to protect themselves from various pathogens. Previous studies reported that gibberellin (GA) signaling pathway negative regulator SLENDER RICE 1 (SLR1) in rice activates jasmonic acid (JA)-mediated broad-spectrum antiviral immunity, but exploration regarding whether OsSLR1 exerts effects on alternative immune pathways remains limited. Here, we identified was significantly induced after virus infection and overexpression enhance resistance southern black-streaked dwarf (SRBSDV) rice. Transcriptome analysis revealed a total 2,336 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were detected upon rice, including 1,607 upregulated 729 downregulated genes. Gene ontology (GO) enrichment RT-qPCR related JA reactive oxygen species (ROS) upregulated, while associated abscisic (ABA) downregulated. These results suggest positively regulates immunity by modulating multiple pathways.
