The Yangtze River Delta region is facing the demand for high-quality economic development, and study of urban network as a manifestation interaction between cities becoming increasingly important. This focused on node structure in agglomeration from 2010 to 2021, used modified gravity model construct polycentric city perspective flow, spatial Durbin econometric analysis, identified conduction path through two-step method causal stepwise regression mediating effect test. results show that Shanghai, core city, has significantly promoted development Hangzhou, Nanjing, Hefei, other formed metropolitan characterized by “one five circles”. Under different weight matrices, significant positive impact growth, its not only related level itself but also closely status neighboring cities. enhances growth accelerating flow regional factors, promoting industrial division labor cooperation, enhancing innovation capabilities.
