This research aimed to identify critical success factors and challenges faced by non-technical female entrepreneurs during the Covid-19 pandemic. Additionally, it explore strategic financial, marketing, safety responses taken these sustain their businesses. Data was collected through interviews surveys from 106 in Peru 100 Ecuador. Key findings revealed importance of physical mental health, as well excellent customer service, for non-technology-based Both countries expressed concerns about risk infecting family members. Brazil is the largest country in terms of startups Latin America. Minas Gerais state occupies third position number and Uberlandia second city Gerais, behind only capital. Regarding size Brazilian startups, around 90% are small medium-sized companies. Considering that service sector among businesses, this study aimed to analyze whether there have been changes caused by pandemic located Uberlândia city. Research regarding the influence of personality traits, such as narcissism, on entrepreneurial orientation (EO) is burgeoning, yet role affective and cognitive mechanisms under-examined. Drawing from research conservation resources (COR) theory, cognition emotion, we examine narcissism-EO relationship nexus. Specifically, analyse mediating resource-induced coping heuristic (RICH) moderating fear between narcissism EO. Longitudinal data CEO-entrepreneurs SMEs in six countries were collected during COVID-19 disruptions. Results suggest that RICH fully mediates Fear (FC-19) positively influenced EO strengthened narcissism-RICH relationship. Further, pandemic-related disruptions negatively attenuated positive FC-19 These findings offer insight into drivers behaviour times disruption.
