Introduction: Self-care is important in all aspect of our life. Generally, the concept self-care not a new term that attracted scholars to conduct relevant studies. Hence, this review synthesizes available exploring among helping professionals. Methods: A systematic was conducted for papers published year 2017-2021 included qualitative, quantitative, mixed methods articles. Meanwhile, Reporting Standards Systematic Evidence Syntheses (ROSES) adopted current study. Two main journal databases, Scopus, Web Science additionally Google Scholar PsycArticles were utilised. Results: The search yield 26 articles can be analysed systematically. Outcome identify types emphasized by professionals, relation, influence self-care. The prevalence of food insecurity (FI) on university campuses is increasing. This study explored the and nutrition (NI) among dental students barriers interventions to address them. A cross-sectional web-based survey was conducted. Validated tools were used assess FI NI. In adjusted model, NS, nonmarried status, pantry use increased likelihood (odds ratios 16.854, 10.182, 9.123, respectively).
