Purpose
This

designed

rehabilitation:
Coping
with

Caring
Infants
Special
Needs
(COPCA),

Coaching
(OPC),

objectives
are
to
contrast
the
theory
underpinning
approaches,
discuss
evidence
outcomes
hypothesized
mechanisms
change,
consider
necessary
mindsets

coaches,
propose
directions
research
practice.Summary
The

theoretical

contexts,
yet
similar
their

outcomes.

on
coachees'

achievement,
empowerment,
capacity
building.
Studies
indicate
that
stakeholders

coaching,
provide

by

To
explore
solution-focused
coaching
(SFC)
as
a
means
to
enhance
pediatric
rehabilitation
practitioners'
development
of
listening
skills.Six
clinicians
each
participated
in
two
SFC
sessions
with
an
experienced
coach
who
used
practice
model
developed
for
(SFC-peds).

transcribed
interviews
were
analyzed

analysis
