Abstract In the current study, we aimed to investigate whether moral foundations and consideration of future consequences are related prosocial intentions at work (corporate volunteering intention pro‐environmental behaviours practices). Four hundred forty participants, employees from medium‐ large‐sized organisations, participated in study. The results showed that most assumptions were confirmed. Individualising positively linked corporate practices. Binding general but negatively individual Consideration only when individualising high. This relationship was also observed binding low or average. present findings interest employers, psychologists, business executives, educators raising awareness about social environmental responsibility.

After two years of obligation to wear masks during the pandemic, in March 2022, legal requirement was revoked for public spaces (except medical facilities) Poland. The aim study find out how individualizing moral foundations (focused on avoiding harm others and concern justice) shaped intention despite revocation binding (concentrated respect authorities, loyalty ingroup, purity) consideration immediate consequences modify this relationship. For exploratory purposes, same model also tested a retrospective declaration about refusal protective when legally required do so. In both models, gender controlled. N = 557 people from general population participated online survey. Results showed that case after revoked, female were positive predictors. lower consequences, higher effect foundations. No interaction effects found participants refusing pandemic. However, predictors male gender, foundations, whereas negative predictor. results suggest morality plays role forming health-related communication. Men should be targeted order enhance their acceptance preventive measures.
