Based on the analysis of tourists’ digital footprints from 2018 to 2022, this paper examines desert tourism in Upper Reaches Yellow River Ningxia, China. By combining social network and ArcGIS methods, it visually presents spatial structure characteristics flow Ningxia’s destinations recent years. The results indicate that (1) high rate visitors Ningxia is closely related grade value scenic spots popularity cities, most popular are concentrated section Basin. (2) Hot with historical, cultural, urban development have greater advantages competitiveness; these can better connect less nodes serve as breakthrough points for rational allocation resources. (3) among relatively loose, an imbalance spots. (4) a pattern superposition coincidence multiple triangular structures. Among them, Zhongwei, Yinchuan, Shizuishan more attractive tourists than Wuzhong Guyuan.
