Purpose The study investigates the two-way serial mediation of academic self-efficacy and growth mindset in nexus between team learning perceived performance among university students Ghana. Design/methodology/approach About 835 samples were selected using stratified sampling techniques from three technical universities that participated study. data gathered a self-reported questionnaire was analysed SEM-PLS. Purpose The study investigates the serial mediation of green work engagement and individual collective psychological ownership in nexus between inclusive leadership creativity among hotel employees Ghana. Design/methodology/approach Four-hundred eighty-four (484) samples were selected using convenience sampling technique from 3–4 star rated hotels. data solicited with a self-reported questionnaire was analyzed SEM-PLS. This study aims to investigate the impact of psychological safety on employee creativity, focusing mediating roles knowledge sharing and hiding moderating effect organizational climate.
