Objective: Post-partum depression (PPD) has been reported in about one-seventh to one-tenth of women. The aim this study is identify the demographic, obstetrics, social, and psychological risk factors PPD among eastern region United Arab Emirates. Method: A community-based cross-sectional was performed on 200 women who had a recent singleton pregnancy delivered newborn within past six months via convenience sampling email snowballing. Several demographics, respondents were assessed using survey form. Edinburgh rating scale (EDRS) used for identification with possible PPD. Descriptive statistics utilized representation demographic variables, whereas Chi-square test employed assess categorical variables. Also, logistic regression applied evaluate association investigated variables Results: median EDRS score amongst participants found be 11 (0-26). prevalence 57% studied population. Significant differences observed adverse life events, emotional supports, marital conflicts history without (P < 0.01). significantly associated age (OR = 6.50, 95%CI: 1.17-19.91), relationship 4.15, 1.31-15.22), maternal educational level 5.10, 4.30-16.58), events 9.32, 1.33-35.32), 5.24, 3.14-11.96). Conclusion: Given findings, there an urgent need policy initiatives address identified factors, such as improving access education, strengthening supportive relationships, providing comprehensive mental health services pregnant
