Purpose: Youths must overcome multiple challenges to adjust a combative environment. Resilient individuals may all negative thoughts and attitudes when confronted with difficulty. However, students who are unable change or control the conflict will have attitude throughout their lives. Thus, this study aimed examine influence of resilience construct on management among youths in Malaysia. Design/Methodology/Approach: This used quantitative approach through questionnaire instrument involving total 533 respondents comprising educational programme novice teachers northern zone Peninsular Malaysia. The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory (ROCI II) questionnaires were study. data was analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 28 Structural Equation Model-Part Least Square, SmartPLS 4 software. Findings: findings showed that there an resistance dimension management. also tenacity spiritual dimensions Conclusion: is skill should be learned possessed by each individual especially facing life conflicts. This study aimed to describe and understand the individual social dimensions of resiliency among Iranian academics as professionals during early wave ongoing pandemic. Furthermore, we emphasize cultural context in our analysis.A cross-sectional survey design was adopted. We used convenient sampling, administered through an online survey, at universities (n = 196, 75% women). employed CD-RISC 2 instrument, items on life meaning, a modified version Pargament's RCOPE instrument (Meaning, Control, Comfort/Spirituality, Intimacy/Spirituality, Life Transformation).The results revealed strong level resilience men (M 5.78) women 5.52). Self-rated health rated excellent, very good, or good majority (92%) participants, more so men. Family one factors that most strongly gave followed by friends, work/school, religion/spirituality. There correlation between self-rated part greater whole, being alone, listening sounds surrounding nature.Both personal levels meaning-making are seen results, with ability balance obstacles resources. Cultural practices interdependent, which also include meaning-making.

Effective stress management strategies correlate with improved academic performance in college students, yet inconsistent findings existing research warrant further investigation. This study explored the intricate interplay between levels, coping mechanisms, and achievement HyFlex learning. A stratified random sample of 111 students from five specializations within Bachelor Secondary Education program participated. Utilizing a descriptive-correlational design, data were collected through validated self-report questionnaires weighted general average. Subsequent descriptive statistics bivariate correlation analysis revealed moderate levels among participants who preferred task-oriented strategies. Interestingly, significant positive association was observed emotion-oriented coping, while negative emerged coping. Avoidance-oriented conversely, displayed success. These underscore crucial role educational institutions providing robust support mechanisms for cultivating task-focused learning environment to optimize student well-being model.

Introduction In Ethiopia, despite its growing higher education sector, student achievement rates remain concerningly low. Understanding the multifaceted factors influencing academic performance is crucial for improving educational equity and quality. This study delves into potential predictors of among Ethiopian students, examining individual characteristics, institutional elements, broader socioeconomic influences. Methodology survey enrolled 362 respondents was conducted from December 7, 2023 till January 22, 2024. Simple random sampling, validated assessment tools online data collection methods were employed to select collect information respondents. Data entry analysis done using Epi-info 7.0 SPSS 25, respectively. Logistic regression method used determine association between outcome independent variable. Result The current results show that 166 (45/9%) participants have GPAs below 3.18. Gender, social sciences/humanities or business/economics majors, suboptimal class environments, inadequate laboratory facilities, chronic illness, sizes, low emotional coping skills, poor self-perception, high media use emerged as significant achievement. Conclusion identified associated with Female optimal learning smaller sizes linked better performance, while business/economics, increased risk Personal characteristics like coping, illness also played a role. These findings suggest interventions targeting environmental could improve outcomes.

This study aimed to investigate the resilience, stress levels, coping styles, and impact of related factors among nurses working in primary healthcare during COVID-19 pandemic. Designed as a cross-sectional study, research included 86 volunteer employed institutions Bitlis provincial center its districts Turkey.
