study
aimed
to
describe

social
dimensions

resiliency
among
Iranian
academics
as
professionals
during
early
wave
ongoing
pandemic.

Effective
stress
management

Secondary
Education
program

descriptive-correlational

validated
self-report
questionnaires
weighted
general
average.
Subsequent
descriptive
statistics
bivariate
correlation
analysis
revealed
moderate
levels
among
participants
who
preferred
task-oriented
strategies.
Interestingly,
significant
positive
association
was
observed
emotion-oriented
coping,
while
negative
emerged
coping.
Avoidance-oriented
conversely,
displayed
success.
These
underscore
crucial
role
educational
institutions
providing
robust
support
mechanisms
for
cultivating
task-focused
learning
environment
to
optimize
student
well-being
model.

Introduction
In
Ethiopia,
despite
its
growing
higher
education
sector,
student
achievement
rates
remain
concerningly
low.
Understanding
the
multifaceted
factors
influencing
academic
performance
is
crucial
for
improving
educational
equity
and
quality.

study
delves
into
potential
predictors
of
among
Ethiopian
students,
examining
individual
characteristics,
institutional
elements,
broader
socioeconomic
influences.
Methodology

class

laboratory
facilities,
chronic
illness,
sizes,
low
emotional
coping
skills,
poor
self-perception,
high
media
use
emerged

significant
achievement.
