Due to the experience and knowledge of individuals since COVID-19, this study aims how people would choose ride-hailing for different trip purposes under similar conditions in future. Data was collected through a stated preference questionnaire choice is then analyzed separately daily, mandatory, discretionary trips using three binary logit models. The importance variables related health concerns like Perceived Threats evident all Results indicate that who prioritize their families are less likely use these services both on mandatory trips. Additionally, systems preferred by students as well women shopping trips, while with high incomes do not them work findings suggest companies offering should focus more measures increase usage times crisis.
