The effective use of digestate as exogenous organic matter to enhance soil carbon sequestration depends on the balance between labile and recalcitrant carbon, which is influenced by type feedstock, fermentation process, fraction (liquid, solid) fermented product used. In this work, in order change ratio stable resulting fertiliser, was mixed with carbon-rich supplements: biochar Humac (a humic acid-rich substance). pot experiment carried out under controlled conditions maize (Zea mays L.) amended (D), incubated (H), (B), or a combination both (D + B H) before application. Digestate enriched showed improved short-term nutrient (carbon, phosphorus, nitrogen) transformation, indicated enzyme activity highest biomass production of. Total content, C:N ratio, respiration activity, nitrification were most enhanced either combined Humac). Long-term nitrogen mineralization mostly Humac, amino-acid-induced urease activity. Short-term positive effects (eventually Humac) catabolism proven, whereas their long-term negative (i.e., biochar-mediated immobilization, sequestration), should be focus further research future.

Sustaining citriculture amidst climate change has become a more daunting challenge considering simultaneous occurrence of multiple nutrient deficiencies triggered by depleting carbon stock soil coupled with glaring impact global warming on crop performance. Despite paradigm shift from purely inorganic to either organic or the combination two, agroecological applications have always occupied center-stage in sustainable citriculture. Development microbial consortium (microbial concoction), rhizosphere hybridization, identification corridor and hot spot field, besides storing plant vegetative framework, are some upcoming ways realize dimensions agroecology sustaining years come emphasis on-farm research. These efforts be further matched other natural resource conserving options like conservation agriculture, farming, farming name few important ones

It is crucial to produce plant growth biostimulants from waste and renewable resources. A study was carried during 2020 at the Soil Water Research Institute, Karaj, Iran evaluate effect of decomposed chicken feather as a biostimulant on lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) growth. total 29 soil samples 15 Iranian regions were used isolate identify bacteria 31 strains that able keratinase capable degrading isolated. Then, 8 isolates degrade 7 days selected superior strains. Based results Bacillus siamensis c11, methylotrophicus gh1 a2 identified new can enzyme. foliar spraying solutions produced degradation by (c11, gh1, a2) investigated. The showed solution strain significantly increased fresh dry weight shoot root (respectively, 25.9, 36.9, 34.1 51.9% increase compared control). concluded microbial these three microbes consortium could be quite addition one hand, also reduce human allergy via- medium disposal.
