Health and well-being mobile applications, or mHealth apps, have gained popularity with the spread of smartphones high-speed internet in India. These apps are used for self-monitoring health attributes, including tracking fitness metrics, diet, sleep patterns, heart rate, so on. Among these period-tracking menstrual-tracking prominence monitoring reproductive health. This paper explores usage experience such as Flo Maya. It seeks to understand motives use presents women's perspectives on role their everyday lives. The study was conducted using qualitative face-to-face telephone interviews 30 women Kashmir region observed that linked various motives: menstruation, premenstrual syndrome, detecting polycystic ovary syndrome.
