Abstract Purpose: Resistance to chemotherapeutics is an eminent cause which leads for search of options that help in diminution Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC) by overcoming resistance issues. Caffeic acid (CFA), a polyphenol occurring many dietary foods known show anti-diabetic and anticancer properties potential. Methods: To unveil effect CFA on PDAC we carried out this research cells, following checked combination pre-sensitization effects CFA. Multitudinous web-based approaches were applied identifying targets then getting their interconnections. Results conclusions: Subsequently, manifested affects in-vitro analysis showing IC 50 concentrations 37.37µM 15.06µM Panc-1 Mia-PaCa-2 respectively.
