Abstract Introduction: Obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) is a widespread yet underdiagnosed condition with significant health risks, including cardiovascular and metabolic issues. To examine the factors that contribute to patient delays among individuals with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and offer insights help develop specific risk management strategies.
