El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo evaluar el estado físico-emocional de las personas mayores durante la pandemia, considerando diferencias género y influencia los fallecimientos cercanas por covid-19. Para ello, se utilizaron diversas escalas medición, escala felicidad subjetiva (SHS), calidad vida relacionada con salud (SF-12), estrés percibido (PSS), dolor (VAS) gratitud (CG-6). La muestra consistió en 71 participantes edades comprendidas entre 55 75 años. Los resultados obtenidos indicaron que hombres presentaron niveles más altos subjetiva, mejor mental, mayor menor percepción comparación mujeres. Sin embargo, al considerar variable fallecimiento covid-19, observaron significativas únicamente mental mujeres aquellos no habían experimentado pérdidas cercanas. En conclusión, este reveló existencia pandemia. Además, encontró cercanía covid-19 un impacto diferencial según sexo.
