To explore the perceptions of patients with prostate cancer undergoing androgen deprivation therapy towards mobile health interventions. The study employed a qualitative descriptive design. Seventeen participants were recruited from tertiary care hospitals November 2022 to June 2023. collected data subsequently analysed using content analysis approach. main themes facilitators, barriers, information needs, emotional and social self-management needs. Facilitators for included support healthcare professionals family, competitive design features user-friendly interfaces. Barriers negative past experiences technology satisfactory current state health. Informational those who expressed desire timely, accurate integrated traditional Chinese medical principles. Regarding support, emphasised their independence, preferring not burden family friends, showing disinterest in mindfulness relaxation therapies, generally disliking online interactions fellow patients.
