Liquid
smoke
is
a
natural
product
made
up
of
concentrate
which
used
to
impart
smoky
flavour
without

weeks,
during
spoilage
bacteria
maintained
cell
loads.

days,

showed
total
viable
count
psychrotrophs
about
5
log
CFU/g,
Pseudomonadaceae
6
while
Enterobacteriaceae
loads
2–3
CFU/g
were
recorded.
Other
microbial
groups
absent
pathogens
never
detected.

from
consumer
survey

60%

Abstract
Food
consumption
is
one

sustainability
