Abstract Background At the beginning of 2022, Central Europe entered a state emergency due to Russian invasion Ukraine. Nurses were particularly vulnerable decline in their professional quality life, facing repeated exposure military trauma, ethical dilemmas, prolonged working hours, and increased stress fatigue. This study aimed contribute our understanding potential mediating effect war-related continuous traumatic on association between moral distress including compassion satisfaction fatigue, represented by burnout secondary stress. Methods used Professional Quality Life (ProQOL) Scale assess burnout, stress, satisfaction; Moral Distress Questionnaire for examine everyday healthcare facilities dilemmas nurses; Continuous Traumatic Stress Response (CTSR) ongoing threats, resulting exhaustion/rage, fear/betrayal. The sample consisted 130 female nurses (mean age 40.20 ± 12.15 years) from general surgery, neurosurgery, trauma orthopaedic urgent care who had been undergoing advanced training work with injured personnel at Volyn Medical Institute (Ukraine) March May 2023. All experienced direct indirect 105 participants personnel. Results results mediation analysis indicated that fully mediated relationship different components namely, satisfaction. Aim The aim is to determine the causes and consequences of combat stress in armed conflict participants. Material methods research involved 109 service members (under 30) who participated russian-Ukrainian war 2022-2024 on a rotational basis for different durations (from 4 18 months). Research included theoretical analysis generalization literary sources, interviews, questionnaires, statistical methods. Results participating military operations have been identified. Issues of moral well-being among soldiers, such as morale and injury, are predominantly approached individual psychological concerns. Current interventions tend to emphasize bolstering soldiers' resilience by instilling a sense justification purpose. Yet, paradoxically, an approach can foster behavior in soldiers that later results deep regrets betrayal toward military political leaders. This article starts from the contention issues injury should also be addressed at decision-making level. Aim. To study the signs of post-traumatic stress disorder in combatants depending on duration their participation combat operations and to substantiate structure psychological rehabilitation. Adapting and validating diagnostic tools aimed to evaluate the post-traumatic effects of war in low-income countries is essential for assessing needs planning support programs. This paper will describe process cross-cultural adaptation psychometric validation Continuous Traumatic Stress Response (CTSR) Scale war-affected Ukraine. The study includes Phase 1, Translation Scale, 2, Psychometric Scale. Cross-cultural goes through four stages: forward translation, expert panel review back translation (n=3), pretesting cognitive interviewing mental health professionals (n=8), final version. exploratory (n=200) confirmatory (n=219) factor analyses, internal consistency, construct validity test-retest reliability. Findings from current research indicate that components identified analyses differed those original questionnaire. While all items questionnaire were retained, they merged into two new factors: “Exhaustion Rage” “Fear Betrayal”. results show overall Cronbach’s Alpha .858, indicating a high level consistency. Significant correlations exist between total CTSR score, subscale scores, PTSD (PCL-5), moral injury (MISS-C-SF), depression (PHQ-9), anxiety (GAD-7) symptoms, validity. findings demonstrate reliability have practical implications how it could be implemented trauma-informed care. Introduction. Stress-related mental disorders pose a significant risk to patient's social, emotional, and physical well-being. One of the most vulnerable categories population development stress-related disorders, including post-traumatic stress disorder, in wartime is military personnel who are constantly faced with events that threaten their lives health. The common complaints combatants PTSD include sleep disturbances aggression. Therefore, we hypothesized poor quality may mediate association between aggression combat veterans. Methods materials. We conducted clinical study 45 combatants, were divided into following groups: group 1 (n=24) – PTSD, 2 (n=21) without disorders. measured by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire. Statistical analysis was performed using Jamovi Desktop. mediation medmod 1.1.0 advanced models 1.0.5. Results. found strong statistically effect on (p<0.001).
