This paper explores the effects of integrating Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) into decision-making processes within organizations, employing a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest design. The study examines synergistic interaction between Human (HI) and GAI across four group scenarios three global organizations renowned for their cutting-edge operational techniques. research progresses through several phases: identifying problems, collecting baseline data on decision-making, implementing AI interventions, evaluating outcomes post-intervention to identify shifts in performance. results demonstrate that effectively reduces human cognitive burdens mitigates heuristic biases by offering data-driven support predictive analytics, grounded System 2 reasoning. is particularly valuable complex situations characterized unfamiliarity information overload, where intuitive, 1 thinking less effective. However, also uncovers challenges related integration, such as potential over-reliance technology, intrinsic 'out-of-the-box' without contextual creativity. To address these issues, this proposes an innovative strategic framework HI-GAI collaboration emphasizes transparency, accountability, inclusiveness.

In the evolving global business environment, corporate social responsibility (CSR) has transitioned from being a philanthropic effort to critical strategic necessity, particularly within Asian economies. Despite increasing importance of CSR, literature examining its application and impact in Asia remains both sparse fragmented. This study addresses this gap by conducting systematic review (SLR) 79 scholarly articles, adhering PRISMA guidelines, ensure comprehensive replicable analysis CSR practices entities. The uncovers key themes related integration into governance structures, including emphasis on renewable energy, ethical conduct, employee engagement, data privacy, while highlighting distinct challenges opportunities faced companies given their unique cultural, social, regulatory landscapes. findings indicate that although firms are increasingly incorporating strategies, there is significant need for more robust evaluation frameworks, concerning biodiversity, deforestation, collaboration with conservation organizations. Looking ahead, emphasizes prioritizing energy as environmental focus across Asia, especially region's rapid urbanization industrial growth. transition sources not only vital mitigating impacts combating climate change but also presents long-term economic benefits. Additionally, identifies substantial growth digital adoption various sectors underscoring stronger cybersecurity measures protect emerging infrastructures. Sustainability in food supply chains is a critical global challenge, particularly resource-constrained regions like Jordan, where operational inefficiencies and environmental concerns are prevalent. This study explores the integration of blockchain artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance metadata management, forecast sustainability metrics, support decision-making Jordan’s chains. Blockchain's ability improve accuracy, standardization, traceability, combined with AI’s predictive capabilities, offers powerful solution for addressing challenges.MethodsThe research employed mixed-methods approach, combining real-time data from transaction logs, AI-generated forecasts, stakeholder surveys. Blockchain platforms Hyperledger Fabric Ethereum provided insights into accuracy traceability. AI models were developed using machine learning techniques, such as linear regression, waste reduction, carbon footprint energy efficiency. Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA), AHP TOPSIS, was applied evaluate trade-offs among goals.ResultsThe results revealed significant improvements (from 83% 96.66%) reductions traceability time 4.0 2.35 hours) following implementation. demonstrated high explaining 88%, 81%, 76% variance efficiency, respectively. ConclusionThis underscores transformative potential achieving goals. By fostering transparency, insights, data-driven decision-making, these innovations can address key challenges chains, offering actionable strategies stakeholders.
