Background: Considering the challenges of Early Childhood Intervention (ECI), especially in rural areas with limited access to resources, it is essential explore innovative strategies address these barriers. Recent research highlights use mHealth improve accessibility and effectiveness interventions. This study aims evaluate impact interventions within family-centered model on child development familial quality life, compared child-centered model. Methods: employs a quasi-experimental design pre- post-test measures across two control groups (control group 1: 2: model) one experimental (family-centered mHealth). The sample consisted 55 children (11 girls 44 boys) aged 0 6 years old neurodevelopmental disorders that resided from June September 2023. For assessment family unit, an ad hoc sociodemographic questionnaire, Family Quality Life Scale, Confidence Outcomes Scale were used. Children evaluated using Pediatric Evaluation Disability Inventory Battelle Developmental Screening Test. Results: Results revealed significant differences between (EG) groups. EG, which received mHealth-based model, demonstrated greatest improvements variables related life child’s social functioning. Conclusions: appears be promising solution for improving early childhood intervention areas, enhancing family’s life. Strong therapeutic relationships, supported by interdisciplinary individualized approaches, are key maximizing its impact.
