This study analyzes the sustainability practices adopted by professionals (owners, managers, and employees) of accommodation restaurant establishments located in municipalities Minho Urban Quadrangle (Portugal): Barcelos, Braga, Guimarães, Vila Nova de Famalicão. Using a questionnaire survey conducted between November 2023 September 2024, implementation measures related to pillars (economic efficiency, environmental impact, social responsibility) was investigated. In addition identifying existing practices, explored challenges faced managers adopting these actions factors that motivate them. By providing comprehensive view trends region, aims support development strategies encourage more robust effective adoption sustainable tourism sector.
