Background Youth is a decisive age that shapes the direction of their life and family. The data were collected using pre-test, structured, interviewer-administered questionnaires. Data entered into Epi version 3.1 exported SPSS 26 analysis. Bi-variable multivariable binary logistic regression analyses performed. Adjusted odds ratio with 95% confidence interval estimated measure strength association. level statistical significance declared p value less than 0.05. Results Overall services 45.50%. Being married [adjusted (AOR) = 5.76, CI (2.94, 11.25)], near distance (SRH) facility home [AOR 2.57, (1.60, 4.14)], having good knowledge 9.23 95%CI (4.88, 17.44)], attitude about SRH 2.06 (1.29, 3.28)] significantly SRHs utilization.
