Abstract After the dissemination of a manifesto for implementation value-based laboratory medicine (VBLM) and Strategic Conference dedicated to this issue, novel initiative European Federation Clinical Chemistry Laboratory Medicine (EFLM) is be initiated with objective developing “value-score clinical laboratories”. The initial proposition value score should based on following features: (1) traceability throughout total testing process (TTP); (2) level automation (number manual procedures); (3) performance quality indicators; (4) data management information; (5) interaction clinicians multidisciplinary initiatives. This paper represents first conceptualization score, which facilitate more effective work new EFLM Committee (C-VS) better define characteristics that can add laboratories allow benchmark indicators.
