Food safety significantly impacts public health and social welfare. Recently, issues such as heavy metal ions, drug residues, food additives, microbial contamination in have become increasingly prominent. Computational researchers have discovered electrocatalytic and photocatalytic reaction processes found novel g-C3N4 (Graphitic-Carbon Nitride) molecules for various uses. Due to its applications, fine-tunability of band gap, structural flexibility, ease doping, much research has gone into enhancing catalytic activity energy storage.
