Abstract Patients narratives are being recorded increasingly frequently and spontaneously in short user produced content (UGC) films, which may have an impact on the vlogger’s health as well public’s comprehension of relevant concerns. This paper addressed three research questions regarding population characteristics UGC video publishers, narrative theme videos, emotional orientation commenters. study aimed to deepen our understanding COVID-19 patients’ intentions needs through theoretical frameworks theory planned behavior (TPB) negative dominance (NDT). We collected 335 videos from 28 patients 572,052 comments samples Douyin platform, largest short-video website China. Using Latent Semantic Analysis, we analyzed descriptive information blogs, textual comments. Our findings revealled seven categories themes, with 52.1% exhibiting a positive orientation. Within framework integrating TPB NDT theories, behavioral vloggers viewers during epidemic, interpreted persistent posting active actions that counteracted multiple effects messages. contributes individual macro-risk communication, both theoretically empirically, offers policy recommendations fields.

Cloud computing is spreading rapidly, but little research has been conducted to understand the effects of protective perspective on acceptance by individuals. The goal this study was explore impact behavior individuals' adoption cloud computing. Specifically, will concentrate personal storage service (CSS), widely recognized as a technology. Our theoretical framework endeavored combine protection motivation theory with extended unified and use technology focused effect threat in context CSS. This tested two proposed models (Model A, Model B) structural equation modeling using data from 392 Data were collected for people voluntary CSS-usage settings through an online survey. A model B explained 61.0% 60.4% variance behavioral intention accept CSS, respectively. Results showed that CSS measure against loss identified influence adoption. Threat elements directly do not adopt mostly acted antecedents independent variables; perceived severity vulnerability influenced attributes (performance expectancy, effort expectancy), slightly different results contextual (facilitating conditions, social influence) consumer (hedonic motivation, habits). offers unique researchers professionals understanding factors information domains where technologies are operated. Thus, we recommend academics business practitioners realm should consider user's view adopting when designing, developing, delivering it.

BOPS (Buy Online, Pick up in Store) is a popular channel strategy that plays an important role promoting the sustainable development of omni-channel retailing. Focusing on consumer’s usage intention service, this paper uses Technology Acceptance Mode (TAM) framework to investigate how integration quality influences willingness adopt service from four dimensions: transparency, choice breadth, content consistency, and process consistency. Our findings support previous research TAM field, as perceived usefulness ease use strongly affect favorable attitude towards service. The pivotal roles transparency consistency formation using verified, they both have positive effect use. However, breadth indirectly affects through but has no significant usefulness. In addition, positively use, diversity channels does not necessarily make consumers find more useful. On basis, implications management are discussed.

AbstractHealth information technology provides patients the ability to manage their healthcare through patient portals. Such portals increase involvement, self-management, and satisfaction. Despite benefits, portal adoption usage remain low, especially among emerging adults who are newly self-managed. To investigate behavioral intentions of toward adopting using portals, this study builds upon Technology Acceptance Model, Perceived Risk Theory, Personal Innovativeness. A survey was administered aged 18-29, structural equation modeling used assess posited model's fit. Results show importance developing practical insights strategies overcome resistance behavior. Additionally, research found that personal innovativeness plays a significant role in intention. These findings extend literature by highlighting specific needs regarding utilization.
