This article presents an extended Systematic Mapping Study (SMS) focused on usability and user experience (UX) valuation technologies for Touchable Holographic Solutions (THS). Given the growing integration of holograms in Augmented Reality (AR) Mixed (MR) settings, evaluating UX becomes highly important. Our study expands previous research by analyzing additional two years publications, covering 5429 studies, selecting 65 that discuss 200 evaluation technologies. The main problem addressed is gap comprehensive frameworks integrate criteria. We followed systematic guidelines to identify analyze technologies, highlighting increased focus alongside traditional usability. Key findings include persistent emphasis time efficiency evaluations dominance generic UX, usability, pleasure/fun assessments. However, unique aspects MR, such as presence, are often overlooked. also reveals a preference empirical validation through controlled experiments case although few have undergone validation. Head-mounted displays (HMDs) smart glasses, especially Microsoft Hololens™, remain prevalent due their advanced capabilities. underscore need integrated ensure reliability. work contributes Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) area mapping current identifying gaps, providing foundation developing innovative effective methods THS, thus advancing understanding improvement interaction immersive environments.

This study examines how different user experience (UX) dimensions (cognitive, affective, sensorial, behavioural) affect stickiness and loyalty on Over-the-Top (OTT) platforms, which are becoming increasingly important in the entertainment industry. Using survey data from 416 participants applying Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM), results indicate that cognitive sensorial experiences significantly both loyalty. Notably, identifies as a critical mediator relationship between UX loyalty, particularly highlighting behavioural influences indirectly through its effect stickiness. The adds to academic conversation by combining UX, into single model, offering insights for improving retention strategies. For practitioners, findings highlight importance of creating engaging, intuitive, sensory-rich encourage long-term

Augmented Reality (AR) enables an immersive understanding of industrial operating behavior in a mixed environment reality and virtual. Hence, AR-guided navigation system for wiring is proposed. The objective to establish interactive learning platform the digital transmission skills improve efficiency quality. Firstly, mapping relationship from virtual real constructed, reasonable spatial error threshold set reduce error. Then, visual positioning method used calibrate position errors parts optimize AR guidance effect. Finally, operation accurately mapped space guidance. results show that reduces time by 22% 74% compared wiring. Compared general wiring, calibrated exhibits 80% reduction errors. As result, calibration contributes efficient accurate training.
