Nanotechnology has increasingly been applied in the diagnosis and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) over past two decades. This study aims to explore utilization nanotechnology HCC through a bibliometric analysis, identifying key themes, trends, contributions this field. The utilized VOSviewer CiteSpace software perform evaluating scholarly related HCC. analysis focused on co-occurrence network relationships, publications, citations, from various entities authors. revealed total 2,968 articles, with China USA being most prominent contributors terms publications citations. Notable were made by Chinese Academy Sciences authors Gao Jie Li Yan. LLOVET JM emerged as co-cited author, indicating leadership role "International Journal Nanomedicine" was identified leading publisher, while "Biomaterials" ranked highest research mainly drug delivery systems apoptosis, highlighting significant advancements utilizing for treatment. underscores critical advancing carcinoma, particular emphasis apoptosis. findings highlight countries, institutions, authors, reflecting global effort collaboration rapidly evolving
