This study explores the labor market outcomes of youth and adults in Türkiye, focusing on distinction between decent non-decent employment during pre- post-pandemic periods. Drawing microdata from Household Labor Force Survey (2018–2022), research examines key dimensions work, including job security, social protection, equal opportunities. Youth, defined as individuals aged 15–24, are disproportionately affected by unemployment, precarious jobs, skill mismatches, highlighting critical vulnerabilities Türkiye’s market. With economic development and social progress, the low fertility rate among employed individuals is a significant concern for government academia. Decent work (DW) was proposed to improve environment in conditions of freedom, equity, security, human dignity. As overall level DW society has increased, how does workers' affect intentions (FI)? To answer this question, we conducted theoretical model based on conservation resource (COR) theory DW, work-family conflict (WFC), FI, organizational support (OS), family (FS), gender job autonomy (JA). It found that can promote FI directly indirectly by reducing WFC. OS FS moderate relationship between The research findings expand COR application studies provide foundation policymaking organizations.
