With the advancement of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, trend toward sustainable and high-quality development has become prominent for tourism enterprises. Tourism small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which are numerous, constitute a significant part global market. However, existing research predominantly focuses on pathways large enterprises, with many gaps in understanding corresponding processes SMEs. Due to their limited resources capabilities, SMEs have selectively explore distinctive based core strengths pursue development.
