Amid
unprecedented
challenges
brought

the
pandemic,
understanding
evolving
dynamics

stakeholders

cruise
industry
becomes
vital

fostering
recovery

This
study
employs
a
multi-faceted
analytical
approach,
utilising
Python
data
collection
across
multiple
channels
integrating
Social
Network
Analysis,
LDA
Thematic
Modelling,
Sentiment
Moving
Average
Method.
Our
findings
illuminate
complex
interplay
between
cognitive
adjustments,
sentiment
shifts,
behavioural
changes
that
characterise
stakeholders'
responses
throughout
pandemic.
We
unveil
distinctive
patterns
of
adaptation
different
stakeholder
groups,
underpinned
their
specific
interests
objectives.
The
research
highlights
critical
roles
government
companies
spearheading
industry's
revival,
emphasising
influential
capacity
to
shape
positive
proactive
engagement
sector's
Furthermore,
reveals
vulnerability
prospective
tourists
external
adverse
events,
impacting
perceptions
potential
with
tourism.
By
delving
into
these
multifaceted
dynamics,
this
contributes
deeper
stakeholder-oriented
strategies
essential
orderly
future
resilience
